• If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file an exchange request to us via email, contact form, or WhatsApp within 7 days of the delivery date.
• To exchange the product you are required to first send us the purchased product. We will send you the alternate within 4 days after receiving the purchased product
Valid reasons to return an item
• Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective.
• Delivered Product is incorrect/incomplete (missing parts)
Conditions for Returns
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws.
• The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
NOTE: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
